Problem
Newsletters and alerts over text need the same controls as email: draft, schedule, send, and see whether anyone is still listening.
Decision
One type-safe path from the dashboard to the database. tRPC and Prisma keep the API and the records in agreement. Twilio sends the message. The dashboard shows subscriber growth and campaign volume.
Result
An admin can draft a message, schedule it, and read the numbers without leaving the app.
